Subject: Phone Call Connection Issues
We are aware that some incarcerated persons have been experiencing difficulties
connecting with friends and family over the phone. This issue may be due to the facility’s
phone number being mistakenly flagged as spam or blocked by certain phone providers.
If your friends or family are not receiving your calls, please advise them to:
Contact their phone service provider directly , and
Request that the number 862-294-0030 be removed from any spam or block
list.
This will help ensure that future calls from the facility are not blocked or filtered as spam.
